Grandma Jane and Grandpa Mike

My mom and Mike came out for labor day weekend.  It was great to see my mom again (she was here for Sol's birth), unfortunately after seeing her twice in two weeks I am now badgering Levi about when we'll move back to Ohio.  I used to think I would be happy living in Denver forever, but after having Solomon I am really missing Ohio.  Not really Ohio... just the people that live there.  I guess we just need to wait and see where Levi gets the best deal for grad school.

Anyhow, we ate breakfast at Le Peep, went to the Denver Art Museum, went to Taste of Colorado, swam at their hotel, and had a picnic at Turtle park with the Matthews.  They also babysat for us for a couple hours so Levi and I could go out.  We had a really nice date- dinner at Friday's and browsing at the best toy store ever- Timbuktoys.

 

Solomon also grew a mustache.

 

So did my mother. (Mike already had one).

 

  

Between these two, I found myself holding Solomon a lot less than usual (:
